Nayoro City is the travel gateway to “Northern Hokkaido” located at latitude 44 degrees north and longitude 142 degrees east.
“Teshio River” the heritage of Hokkaido flows through Nayoro- the best field with remains of the pristine nature for various kinds of activities.
Nayoro, at where the wish “I wanna experience Hokkaido in such a way” comes true.

How can I submit the required consent form?

You can download the consent form from the page with the activity details. Please go through the form, sign, and submit on the activity day.

(*) We also prepare hard copies for participants to fill in on the event day.

(*) Guardians/participating partners also need to fill in the consent form.

Would there be any space for us to rest?

■A.

We have prefabs for participants.

(*) You can charge your air gun at the prefabs.

(*) No fire / no alcohol / no drinks at the prefabs.

Are there any parking lots nearby?

■A.

You can use the parking lots of the nearby hotel. (Free of charge)

Are there any changing rooms and bathrooms?

■A.

You can use the bathrooms of the nearby hotel. (Free of charge) You can also purchase drinks at its kiosk and enjoy your meals at its restaurant.

(*) You can enter the hotel with your military uniform while no air gun is allowed in the hotel area.

Can my family come and watch the game?

Visitors (non-participants) can also enter the prefabs while please put on a mask and googles when enter the observatory deck.

Our apologies but no changes can be made as food has to be prepared in advance. Please confirm your activity details at least 5 days in advance.

N GATEWAY Agreement

Article 1 (Application of Terms)
・This agreement applies to all users (hereinafter, “Users”) including the organizer of “N GATEWAY” (hereinafter, “this Site”) operated by the NPO Nayoro Sight-Seeing & Town Planning Association (hereinafter, “our Company”).
・Users shall use this site as prescribed by the Company after accepting this agreement; by using this site, it is considered that User has agreed.

Article 2 (Contents of this Site)
・This Site gives details about Nayoro’s activities, sight-seeing, and accommodation information; it also serves as an online reservation system.
・Users can make reservations for our services by making use of different functions of this Site, searching specific activities on this Site, and using the reservation system. A reservation contract is made with the user, and the reservation is considered confirmed when the Company sends a “reservation confirmation” reply to the Users.
・When applying for a reservation on this Site, the User is required to fill in personal information and pay by credit card through PayPal.
・Upon making a reservation application, the User is considered to have agreed to the cancellation policy, cancellation fee, and all other reservation details.

Article 3 (Reservation & Payment Settlement)
・The Company shall accept and proceed (adjust the time ,etc.) the application from Users. The Company shall notify users when the reservation is confirmed.
・Reservation is confirmed after a usage fee payment through credit card (PayPal registration is required) based on a notification request from the Company.
・The deadline for activity reservations is 7 days in advance.

Article 4 (Cancellation)
・50% of the participation fee shall be charged as cancellation fee for 1-day advance cancellation and 100% as the cancellation fee for same-day cancellation.
・Cancellation shall be requested upon enquiry form or phone call.

Article 5 (Handling Personal Information)
・The Company shall endeavor to manage personal information appropriately, which include address, name, email address and all other information can be used to identify individuals based on the privacy policy of the Company.
・The Company shall not disclose any information can be used to identify individuals to any third parties without the advance permission of the information holder except in the following circumstances.
1) Upon the request from authorities with authorization- police, court, stipulation of laws and regulations.
2) When the non-disclosure of the information could be used to identify individuals may result in disadvantage to Users, the Company, the activity organizer, or a third party.

Article 6 (Copyright)
・All contents on this Site is copyright-protected.
・Users shall agree not to copy, publish, deliver, distribute, transfer, lend, license, forward, or reuse any contents without permission.
・The copyright of all the contents on this Site belongs to the Company.

Article 7 (Changes & Amendment of Terms of Service)
・Users shall agree that the Company reserves the rights to change this terms of service without any advance notice.
・Users shall be regarded to have agreed to the terms of service and guidance contents when they continue to use the service after any changes.

・The Company shall not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, usefulness, etc. of any information Users attain from this Site.
